Return & Refund Policy.

 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery of your item to request a return. We do not accept return on International order.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sansrileathers.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange the reverse pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal hygiene product (such as masks), which will be determined at our sole discretion. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product. If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will have to pay differential amount if any. Likewise, if the differential amount is less, we will refund you this amount. We do not accept exchange request on international order.

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will not liable for any delay in processing the refund by the payment service provider or your bank.

 

 

Shipping policy

We provide free shipping on all orders within India.

 

International Shipping

We ship to all international destinations for a flat fee of Indian Rupees (INR) 3,000.00 per product. Delivery times vary based on location, but most are delivered between 10-15 days of the order being confirmed.

 

Unable to Deliver

If you are not available to take delivery when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
